RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At BisonBerg, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

By placing an order on www.bisonberg.in, you agree to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of successful delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product should:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be in good condition.
  • Be returned with all original accessories (if applicable).
  • Be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

For faster resolution, customers are encouraged to share an unboxing video and clear photographs in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.


2. Replacement Policy

BisonBerg offers replacement for eligible products in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Missing accessories or components.
  • Product received in unusable condition.

Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.

If the requested product is unavailable, we may provide a refund instead.


3. Exchange Policy

At present, BisonBerg does not offer product exchanges.

If you require a different product, you may return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your:
    • Order Number
    • Product Images
    • Reason for Return
    • Unboxing Video (recommended for damaged/wrong items)
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.
  5. After the returned product passes inspection, the refund or replacement process will begin.

5. Opened Products

Opened products may be accepted for return, provided they are not intentionally damaged, misused, or altered.

BisonBerg reserves the right to reject returns if the product inspection indicates:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Missing accessories or components.
  • Improper handling.
  • Excessive wear and tear.
  • Signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product,
  • A wrong item, or
  • An incomplete order,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the outer packaging.
  • Order number.
  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended).

Failure to report within the prescribed time may affect claim eligibility.


7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required bank account details.


8. Refund Timeline

After approval:

  • Refunds are generally initiated within 2–3 business days.
  • The amount is usually credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond BisonBerg’s control.


9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will simply be cancelled without any charge.

10. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to:

  • Wrong product,
  • Damaged product,
  • Manufacturing defect,

BisonBerg will arrange the return pickup wherever service is available.

In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. In such cases, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed after verification.


11. Non-Returnable Situations

Return requests may not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged.
  • The product has been misused or altered.
  • Essential parts or accessories are missing.
  • The product is returned in an unusable condition due to customer handling.
  • The claim is found to be fraudulent.

12. Fraud Prevention

BisonBerg reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or refund request if:

  • False information is provided.
  • Fake claims are submitted.
  • The returned product does not match the original shipment.
  • Repeated abuse of the return policy is detected.

Such cases may also result in restriction of future purchases or Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
