Welcome to BisonBerg. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through www.bisonberg.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment verification or COD confirmation.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, BisonBerg delivers across India to all serviceable PIN codes.

At present, international shipping is not available. We may introduce international shipping in the future, and any updates will be published on our website.


3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India unless otherwise mentioned on a specific product page or promotional offer.

There are no hidden shipping charges.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within:

4–5 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote area deliveries
  • Unexpected logistical delays

The estimated delivery time is indicative and not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping Confirmation Email
  • SMS/WhatsApp Notification
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking information provided.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to BisonBerg.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

BisonBerg shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong PIN code
  • Incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible PIN codes.

BisonBerg reserves the right to disable COD for:

  • High-risk locations
  • Fraud-prone orders
  • Multiple order refusals
  • Suspicious purchasing activity

Repeated rejection of COD orders may result in permanent COD restriction.


9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be:

  • Torn
  • Opened
  • Damaged
  • Tampered

please:

  • Take clear photographs before opening.
  • Record an unboxing video (recommended).
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within the prescribed time may affect claim eligibility.


10. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier operational issues

BisonBerg shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


11. Failed Deliveries

An order may be cancelled if:

  • Customer refuses delivery.
  • Customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • Address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery location is non-serviceable.

Refunds for prepaid orders, if applicable, will be processed after the shipment is returned to our warehouse and verified.


12. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, BisonBerg may ship them separately based on stock availability or warehouse location.

There will be no additional shipping charges for partial shipments.


13. Force Majeure

BisonBerg shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemic
  • Government regulations
  • Strikes
  • Internet outages
  • Transport disruptions
  • Civil unrest
